Interactio is the leading multilingual meetings solution used to interpret and stream over 42,000 hybrid, remote, and on-site events since 2014. Daily, Intermeeting serves as a multilingual participant platform for representatives of the European Parliament, European Commission, European Economic and Social Committee, European Committee of the Regions, and other governmental entities, helping the democracy grow.

Challendge

Redesign Participant console to improve user experience and bring UI up to market standards.

Solution
The redesign involved close collaboration with the other product teams, collecting of insights from the user interviews, building journey maps and user flows, creating wireframes and high fidelity prototypes, usability and A/B testing, and finally handling off to the development team.
As a result, a completely new web application has been designed to solve multiple user experience issues, bring UI to market standards and please our users with two colour modes.
